Shockwave™

One of the most efficient whole-body workouts available, ShockWave™ is cross training at its best. You will find yourself working harder than you ever imagined because of the camaraderie, friendly team competition and motivation designed to push you to your maximum effort and provide extreme results.

Wellspring Integrative Wellness Center in Yelm is a certified-licensed provider of Indo-Row™ & ShockWave™ Water-Rower™ programs.

Yoga

Gentle Hot Yoga: this is an energetic class in a room heated to about 90 degrees. Appropriate for all levels of ability. It increases strength, stamina and flexibility and connection to the breath and mental focus.

Gentle Yoga: this class offers a soft, nurturing, slow-paced practice where you are well-supported and relaxed. Gentle yoga is primarily Hatha poses and is recommended for everyone. This class will remind you to slow down, breathe, and become a better you.

Barre Workout

Transform your body while moving to the beat of the music. Barre is a full body workout, concentrating on your legs, buns, abs and arms. This class combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to design a low impact routine. It is a fun and dynamic workout that will also get you into amazing shape while sculpting your body.

This class also incorporates light handheld weights to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as mats for targeted core work. Improve posture, flexibility, strength, and balance; achieve a greater level of body awareness.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a non-competitive martial art known for both its defense techniques and health benefits. This class improves coordination and balance, while increasing your range of motion, strength and endurance through integrating body, mind, spirit and energy.

This state of being also supports the improved function of internal organs, delays aging and prolongs life.
