Session 1 – Building Resilience

  • You will learn how to build RESILIENCE, the capacity to deal effectively with stress, challenge, or adversity.
  • You will learn how to move from Depleting-Energy situations to Renewal-Energy situations keeping your inner batteries charged to act and make wise choices in any moment.
  • You will experience a unique training system that objectively monitors your heart rhythms and displays your physiological level of coherence.
  • You will learn a simple, but powerful breathing technique to build COHERENCE – an optimal state in which the heart, mind and emotions are operating in balance.
  • You will learn to start and maintain a gratitude journal that is a game changer.

Session 2 – Building Coherence, Intuition & Problem Solving

  • You will be challenged to build a greater level of COHERENCE using the training system that objectively monitors your physiological level of COHERENCE.
  • You will review the techniques and information from Session 1 so that it becomes a daily practice in building greater RESILIENCE and COHERENCE.
  • You will learn two new breathing techniques: The first, to build greater COHERENCE by focusing on gratitude and appreciation; and second, a powerful breathing technique that helps you connect to your own inner guidance and INTUITION to solve problems.
  • You will set an Action Plan for the week.

Session 3 – Setting a New Baseline for Resilience

  • You will continue to reinforce all the techniques and explain the Depletion to Renewal Grid – how to move from depleting your inner batteries to replenishing your inner batteries.
  • Setting a new baseline means that things that once triggered you – don’t bother you as easily. You will learn how to flow through your day with increased energy.
  • You will learn a breathing technique that will help you restore patience and resilience.
  • You will be challenged to build an even greater level of COHERENCE using the training system that objectively monitors your physiological level of COHERENCE.

Session 4 – Coherent Communication & Values Assessment

  • You will review all the techniques you have learned.
  • You will learn the Coherent Communication Technique. This brings coherence into communications and can be used in any situation whether you are communicating verbally or in writing.
  • You will describe your values in a Values Assessment Survey
    You will DEMONSTRATE the new values using a unique block display.
